Apple threatens to HTC for violating 20 patents on the iPhone. It appears that Apple does not sleep or rather not resting on our laurels and zealously protects its products. After Apple lash against Nokia for patent infringement now it’s up to HTC for infringement of patents the same way related to the interface, architecture and hardware of the iPhone. They have a way to Unlock Iphone 3Gs easy with an software.

To the question to Steve Jobs about this subject, he replied:

We may remain seated while we see ourselves as competition steals our patents and inventions, or we can do something about it. Steve says … We believe that competition is healthy, but competitors should create their own original technology, not stolen from us.

Well this moment not yet known exactly what was supposed to have been copied, although the trend for some time is to copy features that Apple has managed to introduce its iPhone. So this says that Jobs may be restrictive but much is quite right.

Actually you can see many models from HTC, and others of different brands you see on image processing technology such that an exact copy or look at best a copy of what the iPhone does. An example is the rotation, zooming. Of course, one thing is what makes the trend (imposed by the iPhone) and something else is violating patent laws. Apple will have to distinguish this is your claim.
